You have a fixed rate to ship this item, what does it include?
If you are buying an item that is not fragile insurance is not included in the fixed price. If you would like your package to be insured. email us a request and we will be happy to accomidate. firstname.lastname@example.org
The rate to ship a fragile item will include full insurance coverage.
What if I decide I do not like the item after I receive it?
We will accept returns on your purchase for any reason within 3 days of reciept. Return shipping is at the buyers expense. Return shipping must be made via the same carrier and coverage sent. Example: if sent via USPS Priority with Insurance, the same must be made for the return. After inspection of the item a refund minus a 5% restocking fee will be sent within 72 hours.
What if my item arrives broken?
If you purchase has arrived broken or damaged. Let us know ASAP. We will send all paper work you will need to file a claim. You will also need to keep the original box and packing material along with your item to the Post Office for your refund. We will not refund monies for an insurance claim personally. You are insured through the USPS.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii ?
Yes, we do . For items that have a fixed rate to ship to the lower 48 States higher than $5.00. Add $1.00 to the fixed rate shipping price. For items costing $5.00 to ship, there is no addition charge.
